I keep coming back here because it's the best. The staff helped me find great places to shop, which I still remember. This place has everything I need - Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Cookware/Kitchen utensils, Shared kitchen, and a 24-hour reception. Perfect for my city break.

What an incredible find! The host was incredibly gracious, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The linens were superb, and we loved having access to the fully stocked kitchen and beautiful outdoor space. We even made our own meal and enjoyed it outside in the sun. The location was perfect, so close to Valenca and right off the Camino. It was the ideal place to reset and rest after a long day of walking. Carlos truly made us feel like we had a friend in Portugal and our own country estate. We were even welcomed with a taste of Port. This was definitely the highlight of our Camino journey. We highly recommend this hidden gem!

This place is mind-blowing! The quiet location just a short walk from the city and shops is super convenient. The kitchen is stocked with cookware/utensils, perfect for making your own dinner. And the free coffee in the morning? Jaw-dropping! It's like being in a backpackers but with the added bonus of a private room. The outdoor area is great for socializing, and you won't believe the price compared to fancy hotels. Who needs a private toilet and shower when you have all this awesomeness?

We had a wonderful stay at Albergue E Al O Brasao. Our purpose was to relax and reset, and the hotel provided the perfect atmosphere for that. The host, Carlos, was incredibly gracious and made us feel right at home. The linens in the room were superb, and we had access to a well-supplied kitchen. The outdoor space was beautiful, and we even made our own meal there. The location was also great, with easy access to both Valenca and the Camino. we felt like we had our own country estate in Portugal, and were welcomed with a delicious glass of Port.

I had the most very nice stay at this fine old house in Valença. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved the cozy lounge area with a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare my own meal. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the historical center and the beautiful river rest area. The atmosphere in this old stone house was lovely, and I enjoyed relaxing by the clean and spacious swimming pool. I highly recommend Albergue E Al O Brasao for tired travelers looking for a peaceful and cute retreat on their journey.

We had a fantastic stay at Albergue E Al O Brasao. the location was outstanding, just a 15-minute walk from the historical centre and only 5 minutes from the river rest area. the old stone house had a wonderful and unforgettable atmosphere, set in a spacious green area. the highlight was definitely the big and clean swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day. the host, Carlos, was gracious and made us feel right at home. the linens were superb, and we had access to a well-equipped kitchen and beautiful outdoor space. We even enjoyed a chat with Carlos around the kitchen table. a nice and calm place to rest on our route to Santiago de Compostela. Cons: All good 👍.
